Welcome Phoebe

We added to our family a few days ago - an African Grey parrot. Our beautiful new girl is called Phoebe.

She has beautiful grey plumage and striking red tail feathers. Imogen loves to feed Phoebe cucumber and apple, and this morning she nibbled her way through tomato and a grape!

Very friendly, chatting away to us though she does tell anyone off who tries to talk to her when she wants to go to sleep!

I think she's gorgeous!

Take care

  1. I'm the same, telling people off when I want to sleep, not the grey feathers! She's beautiful! Ada :)

  6. She's a beauty, and I love her name too. I've never had a bird, one of the few pets we've never had, though I do think they're wonderful creatures. It looks like she's part of the family already.

  7. She is gorgeous and when I was growing up we always had a pet budgie, then cockatiels. I wouldnt dare have a bird now because of marmalade but they are lovely arent they? I think you either love them or hate them, I am in the first category!

  10. Hiya Phoebe!

She looks lovely! I can't wait to hear what she has to say. Our neighbors next door have a parrot named Archie. He is VERY entertaining especially when he sings opera! : )X
